A nice quiet retreat! But still in the middle of anything you could need. Ran well, clean, and residents take care of their property. And also- this place is awesome.

Beautiful area! Very well kept. I can not complain it was calm peaceful. I enjoyed every moment spent there I highly suggest looking into this area.

Love that they have 3 pools and an Olympic pool!! Very quiet neighborhood too

Very rude and disrespectful. Lori should be fired!!. I have never been treated so poorly on the phone. I simply called to asked questions about the complex, given from my realtor to call. Lori goes “ sir I am not your realtor” and I will not answer your questions over the phone, I will only answer Them if they are a 3 question Minimum and anything over that has to go into a questionnaire” I asked why she was being so rude and Disrespectful and then I got hung up on!

Lousy place,rude and disrespectful seasonal residents,numerous maintenance issues due to age,and drug activity is rampant.Security is a joke as well

I've lived here the past 2 years and have really enjoyed it. Would stay longer but my job is moving me. The good management shows here. Very well-kept landscaping, buildings are well maintained, security and nice pools. Peaceful oasis in Largo. Can't get much more simple and affordable living than here in the Tampa Bay area. Residents take pride in the community here..

The best Condominium in Clearwater, Beautiful, well managed Is a paradise in the City of Largo, close to all the most beautiful beaches of Tampa Bay.

Tan handsome man known to roam the grounds.. be careful to get too close as pretty lady may be near. If you come in contact with pretty lady- best thing to do is throw a twisted tea light her way. Also- this place is awesome.

Property manager AnnMarie runs the place very well. Retired Chicago cops comprise the board of directors. Clean and well kept common areas. Quiet living. Many unit owners use their units only a couple weeks per year. Security on duty daily. If you are thinking of committing a crime or being loud, DO NOT do it here.

Lots of curtain twitching going on at this place. Not just from the residents but from the management and the security they hire. Our bottom-feeder landlord, one of those should-know-better types from new york said that the security firm they hired a lot of ex-cops from the Chicago area. Chicken's will come to roost one some day, so I suggest not signing any long term leases.
