Hi! I'm Danie and I can't wait to work together! I hope you find everything you are looking for here. I find that my first-time clients are more comfortable if they know a little about me before they stand in front of me for a couple hours to strike a pose and pretend it's all totally normal! First, I want you to know that I don't really love to have my photo taken either (I know, I know!), so I can empathize with those who feel the same.
Family photography is both the art and the science of capturing your life, and the people around you as it happens. I love to help capture your family's authentic interactions. Family photos are at their best using simple posing and set-up, capturing your unique environment and personal connections.
Maternity photography is the art of capturing this exciting, profound, and precious moment of a woman and her family. This is my goal when it comes to pregnancy pictures. As a mother of 4 little ones, I'm still surprised when I talk with a new client and realize some of my own memories that have begun to fade.
Of all my photo session, newborn photography sessions are my very favorite. They are the sessions that make me so thankful to be a photographer. When pregnant mommas call me to block out some time for their teeny baby I can feel an internal smile, all the way down to my toes! I love being a newborn photographer.
Prints: My hope for all of my clients is that they get their images off of their computer and onto their walls. Let me help you select the most lovely options for printing in your home. I do not require that you print your photos with me, but I do offer printing services. Ask me about my archival printing services.

Danie helped us with newborn photography. She did an amazing job calming down our newborn before taking the photos and our baby didn't cry at all the whole time. And the photographs turned out awesome. Also, Danie shared all the pics within a week, much before expected time. So, we not just had an amazing session along with beautiful pics much before expected time, we also learnt how to calm down a newborn - which is a lifesaver lesson for new parents.
Also, we contacted her in the last minute asking for the session and Danie was kind enough to accommodate us with a date before our newborn turned

I never write reviews and her services were so outstanding I had to share! Danie is absolutely the best. My kids (7 & 8) were not excited about family photos and were complaining before we left the house. Danie made the shoot so fun they didn't want to leave. She was gave clothing suggestions, sent the pics in a timely manner and even helped me figure out how to download the photos as I'm not tech savvy. She is mom and totally knew what to say to get my kids excited about having their photos taken! She is truly talented at her craft!

It was time for me to update my head shot for job reasons that include marketing. To say I put it off is an understatement. I dreaded the thought, but I also did not want to experience the double takes I get at TSA with my sixteen year old drivers license. I got brave and made the call to Danie Henry Photography. All fears and dread were instantly set aside. I could not have felt more comfortable. Danie was amazing, putting me at ease and making it fun. I can not recommend her enough. Danie did an amazing job with our newborn photo shoot! She made us feel and look like rockstars even in our sleep deprived state. She was great at soothing our newborn to get those cute sleepy potato pictures. She also brought so many props to let us customize our shoot and get photos that represented our new family. Highly recommend :)!!

Danie is an absolutely fantastic photographer. We used her for maternity and newborn photos for my first child and loved the pictures so much that we decided to use her the second time around as well. She made us feel very comfortable and is excellent with children. We were amazed at the moments she was able to capture of us as a family even with our unpredictable toddler. The turnaround time to get the full gallery of photos was also very quick. Danie’s photos of our family can be found framed throughout the house including a large canvas we had made because they are so good!

Danie is wonderful photographer and human being! We wanted a photographer that captures genuine moments and felt that Danie’s work showed just that!
