I showed Ashton what I was looking for in an example photo and got a completely different result . I am aware that with different hair types and lightening the example photo will not completely match what I will end up with but, I was clear to mention wanting blonde highlights and did not get that at all if anything my hair got darkened . I was convinced to get a base color done ( something I never do) and told a starting price of 200 and then 15 dollars for every tube used but was not told how many tubes would be needed for my hair . I then told her I was unpleased with the color right after
