Karissa Lorinne (pronounced Lor-en, like Sophia Loren) is a professionally trained makeup artist who specializes in bridal and beauty makeup in Ontario, CA and surrounding areas. She attended makeup school in Costa Mesa, CA at Empire Academy of Makeup under the teaching of Donna Mee. Karissa graduated from Empire's beauty program in 2010, and has continued her education with workshops and online webinars.
Karissa's interest in makeup sparked as a young girl who used to love watching her mother apply her own makeup. As she grew older, Karissa would borrow her mother's eyeliner and apply it at school, then wash it off before returning home because she was not allowed to wear makeup until high school.
