I was referred to this cleaning service by my landlord. I'm moving out and I wanted to clean the entire apartment before the final walkthrough. Emphasis on *entire*. So I call up Neide and explain that I'm moving out and I need a move out apartment cleaning. She explains that they clean everything, bathrooms, oven, fridge, 'top to bottom'.
Upon the day of cleaning I get a text stating that my apartment needs 'deep cleaning' and they will be there longer than expected. Ok, fine, as long as it's clean!
I am told they are all set, took them 3.5 hours to clean a 2 br apartment. A little expensive

We have used Neide’s cleaning service for almost 8 years, that speaks for itself. They always do a great job at a very reasonable price, and they are always prompt and have great communication. I always look forward to coming home to a spotless place every two weeks. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning service

I first used Neide’s services 6-7 years ago in a pinch, and have been using them regularly for 3-4 years now. Over the years her team has become an extended family, who obviously take great care of me and my family. They are the reason I don’t worry about corners and crevices. I have no reason to worry about an infant or toddler running around or trying to eat off the floor/walls because of the attention to detail these ladies show. They’re always willing to adapt when I’ve been in a pinch and genuinely caring individuals.

I’ve worked with Neide and her crew since 2012 (they’ve been kind enough to follow me through four moves across the Boston area!). They do impeccable work. Neide is always easy to reach and very flexible if you need to change the day/time for some reason. I highly recommend this business!
