Geodesic domes are perhaps the most well-known of the alternative home designs. Developed in the 1940s by Buckminster Fuller, these domes became a favorite of the counter-culture during the 1960s. The almost spherical shape keeps materials at a minimum, reducing costs while maximizing space, and also serves to make them extremely sturdy.

Royse was responsive, professional, and on time. His inspection was thorough and realistic, and did have added knowledge about specifics in home building decade by decade and some other specific product knowledge that adds to the inspection. His experience is no doubt the reason for this, but I do have to say the fact that he is responsive, to the point and professional in his demeanor, and attitude and work ethic cannot be taught, you either have it or you do not, and Royse has this, and knows how important communication is. Two thumbs up!

I absolutely enjoyed working with Royse. His thorough inspection saved us from a bad buy. The home looked fine to the naked eye, but when Royse sent his report, the home had major roof issues, foundation issues, electrical problems, appliances not working, water damages, and the list goes on and on. He is very professional and explained everything that he was doing.
