Lute is a stand-up guy. Very responsive and attentive. He was always very willing to explain details and I never felt I couldn't reach out to him. He was true to his word and very knowledgeable about the local housing market. After three days of our home being listed, we had a full-price offer. You will not be disappointed with Lute. This is the 2nd time we used Lute and Tejas Realty. After our 1st experience, there was no doubt who we were going to use for a sale. Lute is responsive, capable, congenial and his head is in your sale not in his pocket book. He sold our fairly expensive home in 2 weeks! I couldn't believe it! But that's just how good and attentive to his client's needs he is. This time we had quite a few problems trying to closing due to the lender.
