Went to Glen Burnie for a little shopping and had a small car issue. Pulled into Tires-R-US & spoke with Andy and he promptly assisted us. We already made an appointment to bring our other vehicle in for new tires. Definitely will be coming back! Great conversation & very respectful guy.

Andy is very polite and friendly. He got me in the same day and took care of my tires very professionally. He knows what he is doing. Only small issue is he needs more help at the shop. He is doing everything. But doing it quickly and politely and professionally. I do recommend.

Good and honest work done here. The most trustworthy car repair service that I know. I’m very satisfied with the work I’ve had done on my car here. The owner goes above and beyond to do a good job and gives honest insight about what may or may not need to be done. I go 45 minutes out just to get my car worked on here.

Wow just wow. This was hands down the best tire service I have ever received. The customer service was excellent. I pulled in to service bay and was greeted with a smile. All I can say is that I will travel to get that kind of service. BRAVO!!!!!

These guys are excellent. A family member referred me to them and I haven't gone to another tire shop since. Always reliable and professional and great at what they do. Surprised the prices are so good since they're the best around. Staff is very friendly as well.

I needed new tires for my vehicle, after doing my research and made many phone calls to different trie store, the last one was Tries R Us. I was so impressed and grateful for the owner Andy who takes his time to speak to my over the phone. He was not a push salesman, after the discussions and recommendations, Andy ordered my tires without even asked me for any deposit. Upon arrival for my appointment, they were very busy that day, but Andy and his mechanic took my car in right away, 45 mins later I was able to leave their shop with my much needed new tires.

I called to see how much to install my tires & the guy (I don't know his name) said he would do it for $25 and even said he could do it at that very moment. When I got there another guy named Andy inspected my car and advised me on everything I needed done to my car. He didn't pressure me and even gave me a great deal on tires! I definitely will be going back to them in the future.

One of the best used tire stores. They are very reputable. They stick by their tires. If you should have a problem with any tire you purchased from them, within a reasonable time they will try to fix the problem or switch it out for another tire. I highly recommend this place.

Came in Sunday at 3:00 pm 12/16/2018 spoke with the manager Andy he gave me his scripted speech " wow this tire looks like it basically brand new" we can give you this used tire for $75.00. The tire had a patch job inside the tire he was trying to hide. I stated i would need a better deal, Andy took $10.00 off. I come out of work Monday 12/17/2018 I have a flat tire on the same used tire i got the day before. Friday 12/21/2018 night driving back from Virginia the same tire is flat. I just made it home!
