Got me in THE NEXT DAY before a holiday weekend because I procrastinated getting my tires replaced before I made a trip to North Carolina with a completely dead full size spare I've been riding around with for months. Dropped the car off early and went to work and picked it up after. Couldn't have been more convenient and efficient. May start going there for regular maintenance! Definitely recommending them over and over again for tires!

This has been our go to place since moving to baltimore. I got referred by my colleague who referred this place because he felt the people are honest. My wife and i have gotten multiple things repaired here from tire changes, oil changes, to vapor canister. I still remember my car was making a noise and i brought it in the shop and they looked at it and tightened one of the screws without charge. Also they arranged to order a part that saved me money instead of rush ordering a part that would have costed me extra. I think like any business, trust is the most important and i trust the guys here

I normally get my maintenance done at another auto shop, but was in the area and needed an oil change. Process was pretty straightforward and easy, but I know for a fact that I was charged more than I have ever paid for an oil change. I’m aware of what fair prices are since I’ve gotten work done on my car in multiple states. I do not believe it was an honest price. Some auto shops will charge you a higher rate if they think they can take advantage of you. Person at front desk was also rude and gave me an attitude. Interior mat on driver’s side was also not clean when I picked up the car,

FINALLY! A great local shop that won't try to sell you unneeded services/parts. The shop is clean, the were responsive and kept me informed while they inspected by brakes. Prices were reasonable and they were friendly. If you're looking for an honest place to take your car for service give them a call!

These guys are incredible! Brought my car in for a nail in my tire and had it removed/patched. Dropped my car off at 8:45 and they told me it'd be ready by 3. Got a call around noon saying it was fixed and ready! The guy at the front desk is very pleasant and friendly! Will definitely be a returning customer for car maintenance!

Friendly people. Quick service. My first time here. Google reviews are accurate. Place is 5💫 they have an early morning drop off which is before 7:30am make sure you call them. And then theyll call you when your car is ready. For someone who doesnt know how to parallel park, it was very convenient they have parking lots in front of the building which makes it easier for customers.

Stopped in one afternoon after realizing my tire was every low on air and no where around had a pump available. Very nice guy filled my tires up and then brought it to my attention my car needed 4 new tires pretty badly. Quoted me a very fair price considering we’re in the middle of a pandemic and was very honest, upfront, and nice! I paid the same amount for 4 new tires here as I did for 2 new tires two years prior at Firestone. Highly recommend this shop! I had been passing by it for years not realizing it was there. If you’re in the Fells Point/Upper Fells area it’s within walking distance

I stopped in at Gerry's without an appointment because I am not car savvy and could not figure out if they plugged/patched tires and did not want to make an appointment and waste their time/an appointment slot if they did not. Through previous experiences I learned that not every company patches or plugs tires. I had my tire plugged about a year ago somewhere else and it was all fine and dandy until I started driving around the city more frequently and noticed that I was constantly having to put air in my tire. Not only was the customer service spectacular, but I was able to have my tire patched

After calling and visiting 4 tire repair stores, I found Gerry's that could finally schedule me a same day appointment for a leaking tire without dropping the car. They got me in within 45 minutes of calling and even were ready for me when I arrived a bit early. Both men in the office were friendly and knowledgeable. They patched my tire for $30 and had me on my way. The waiting area was humble but adequate. I would definitely return here for future work!

My boyfriend went to Gerry's for years. He raved about them. I went there for a few things and they had great service. But I was inspired to write a review today because of the amazing service I received this morning.
I recently moved to NC and I was driving back last night to Baltimore during heavy rains. My windshield wiper broke in the middle of my drive. Early this am, I called and Gerry's was able to get me in first thing, knowing I was only in town over the weekend.
They fixed my wiper blades and fixed 2 other issues that I needed fixing but didn't ask for since they

Gerry's Tire Service is the best shop in Baltimore, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else! I've come here for oil changes since moving here and have always had a great experience. I just got 4 new tires put on yesterday and couldn't be happier. My Mom is also coming down next week to get 4 new tires from them as well. Jon (owner) is friendly, honest, and straightforward. I appreciate this, and definitely trust him and his judgement completely! I would highly recommend this shop to everyone, and look forward to continue using them in the future.
