When you think back over your life, the moments that stand out the most are those moments that make you feel love and connection. Those memories come to life when you look back at pictures that tell the story of your family. The story of beginnings, of introductions, of so many firsts for you and your new baby.
First and most importantly I want to share with you through pictures the love and bond between you and your little one. The moments I seek out to capture are these first interactions together, they are real moments, unscripted no staging or props. All candid, all you! I love coffee and chocolate and could survive on those two things most days!

I am a photographer with the desire to capture moments of your family during the time in your life when you are beginning and growing your family. Imagine having the ability to return to the days you were carrying and then meeting your child face to face, to have the chance to feel that love and emotion all over again.
A Maternity Session is designed to document a time during your pregnancy. This is such an amazing time in your life, YOU are growing a baby! Feeling those little kicks, looking down and seeing a round belly and anxiously awaiting to take back your body once this baby arrives are moments to record. My goal in this session is capture how beautiful you are during this time.

We chose Laurie to photograph our maternity session and, most recently, our family session and she did a tremendous job! Always positive and has great ideas - and totally patient with our goofy pups, who are always included.
Laurie is a talented photographer with a great eye. We love her natural approach - none of our photos ever turn out too "staged." She truly captures our personalities. Even before the sessions, she is extremely responsive and kind. We cannot recommend her enough!

I can't say enough good things about working with Laurie. She was responsive, flexible and most importantly, took the most beautiful photos of our family! She was so great at engaging our 2.5 year old and it really paid off in the pictures. 10/10 would recommend!

Working with Laurie was an absolutely wonderful experience. She put us at ease with her warmth and was open to ideas we suggested. She was flexible with scheduling and made sure we understood the whole process. We needed to rush our photos due to the timing of our baby shower and she was flexible and accommodating to make that happen for us.

We had an excellent experience with Laurie. Not only did the pictures of my newborn turn out great, but she was awesome with my 2 year old who is usually very shy and reserved around strangers. She got him to come out of his shell which made for better pictures and a better experience overall. Laurie was always quick to respond and was very accommodating with scheduling. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Absolutely amazing experience working with Laurie! We did maternity and newborn photos with her and she captured our growing family absolutely perfectly. She even worked awesome with our large dogs! Laurie’s work is just beautiful and was exactly what we wanted; candidly us. She couldn’t have captured our family any better, plus she was super easy to work with.
