Cooper Associates Wealth Management is a financial advisory firm, and our service is the provision of investment, pension and inheritance tax advice.

We have just completed the purchase of our first home and can not thank Steve Woodbridge and Tom Hayman enough. Steve was calm, considered and very informative throughout the process and gave us all the information we need re our first mortgage. Though there was the inevitable hiccup within the process, Steve and Tom were very hands-on and reassuring, making a stressful process relatively painless in the end. Coopers associated have always been brilliant. They give good advice that is easy to understand and really go above and beyond. We had some decisions to make around affordability and equity release and Oliver was outstanding at helping us walk through it all, identify the best route forward and was always crystal clear in his explanations and responded quickly too. We were guided through the process of finding a small mortgage very efficiently and with great care. Paul Bruford was responsive and careful to meet our needs by searching for a really good product. He was candid in his advice and listened to our questions and concerns, taking them into account when helping us to make our decisions. Communication was good and it was easy to make contact at times to suit us. I would recommend using Cooper Associates, and asking for Paul if you need any financial advice of this type.

After speaking to a few other solicitors I was under the impression that I would be unable to go forward with the purchase of my house due to me being self employed, and the sole director of my business. As soon as I contacted Cooper Associates they were extremely optimistic that they’d be able to help me, and more importantly they were able to help me. Cooper Associates have always provided us with an excellent first class brokerage service whether when remortgaging or more recently helping us with acquiring a mortgage on a property we were buying. Particularly the team worked very hard and were very responsive in dealing with some of the many hurdles faced during the process of getting a mortgage approved and secured on the property we were buying and actively stepped in at key points to problem solve, push and smooth the way on our behalf throughout the house buying process.
