It took us a while to settle into a specialty, or a niche. In the early days of GoldCoast, twenty years ago, we wrote many mortgage applications for full-time professional Landlords. Now we don't. Because we couldn't be the best at it. Banks offered cross collateralization and ability to close in the name of a corporation, but we couldn't.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Goldcoast. Our loan office Jeff was excellent, very knowledgeable, personable and professional from the start of the process all the way through to closing day. I contacted Jeff Rolke at Gold Coast Mortgage on a Saturday to inquire about whether it would make sense to refinance my current mortgage. Within minutes Jeff got back to me, and after providing him with some basic information he advised me of my options. We just completed the second refinance our mortgage with and thanks to Matt and Jessica at Goldcoast Mortgage. Through the entire process x 2, Matt worked to find the best interest rates and options for us to be successful, and he put in many hours looking for those options. Worked with John Donlan many years ago. I had an issue on a discharge of an old Mortgage (one that did not involve John) and he offered to help me resolve it!
