This location has thee sweetest girls who accommodate and have good overall knowledge of their products as well as what each customer is wanting as far as color/tone/etc etc.

Mackenzie is awesome and I had so much fun chatting with her. Great place, didn't have to wait at all and will definitely be my new go-to place.

Sooo I had to cancel my tanning visits because i am not working and don’t want to spend excess money on things i don’t need. I tried to cancel my tanning visits and get a refund but they would not refund me even though they had proof i had not been since they took the money out.. they said the company policy will still charge $55 because I DIDNT GIVE A 30 DAY CANCEL NOTICE!? how the f would i know that id wanna cancel 30 days ahead. the cooperate lady was extremely rude and i think it’s unfair they won’t refund me.

This is my favorite Celebrity Tan! The shop is always very clean, stocked in all lotions or add ons you are looking for, and the girls are always so friendly! I've never had an issue with it being super busy where I had to wait to tan either! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good tanning salon.

The second time i went was right after the reopening after COVID19 and when i went i was NOT informed that you had to buy your own googles until AFTER the fact i already tanned and brought it up to the lady that there was no googles in my room and i didn’t notice until i was undressed. Nonetheless when i mentioned it to her she was FaceTiming a friend on her phone and was extremely rude about telling her friend that her customer had a question and to hold on.
When i mentioned the no googles she didn’t even apologize or say oh my bad but “oh i forgot to tell you they are for purchase only”

Kamrryn absolutely amazing . When she sees my work van or truck she will already have my bed ready for me. The place is very clean and they are busy but rarely have to wait !!!

Celebrity Tanning on 16th Street is one of the best Tanning salons I've been to. They're clean, and they have a variety of beds so you never have to wait for one. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. And I can say that about all the other Celebrity Tanning salons I've been to as well.

I love Celebrity Tanning and this location! Always a great experience and clean environment and friendly staff. Today when I went in there was a girl I never met before name Kylie she was very sweet and very helpful with my questions. I highly recommend this place they are great!

I told the girl behind the desk that I was from out of town and basically just needed quick, basic color for the weekend and that I didn't want to appear orange. I don't think she was listening very well as she proceeded to tell me about their packages and memberships...after I told her I live in another state!

She was nice and told me they don't say the "O" word there, orange...well, I had an orange tint 48 hours later. I just wanted something to take away my pale appearance... So be it... I took a few showers and had some color and was able to wear dresses in the hot

This was my first time at this Celebrity Tanning location. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was very clean and easy to find. I choose a Mystic Tan and paid to upgrade for the medium color, which was $5.00 extra. I loved how my tan developed and received many compliments on how healthy and refreshed I looked :) I'll be back soon!

There was so much moisture in the spray tan booth that water dripped down on me leaving giant pale streaks from hips to calves. They did respond by crediting my next visit but I will always check for excess moisture on the ceiling now.

I love this place everyone is always so nice and helpful! All of the staff is very knowledgeable about all the products and services they offer. Great customer service and the packages are well priced.

Bought a 3 tan package and this was very close to my home. My first visit was on a Sunday and the counter person was pleasant and didn't charge me extra for the tan spray ( how do you sell a tanning package and then charge for the spray?)

2nd & 3rd visit was ignored and the counter person was just snotty. Of course they charged me $5 extra for the spray. 3rd visit they charged 7.95 for the spray.

Do yourself a favor-go someplace else!

Their customer service pales by comparison! I was one of the original customers at the Tatum/Cave Creek location (formerly Diva Tanning) and stayed with Celebrity when they bought it last year. As a monthly subscriber, I spend nearly $1,000 a year (12 x $80/month) on tanning services. My wallet was lost over the holidays and Visa had to send me a new card. I brought it in to (manager) Nicole to update my account as soon as I received it, explained why I had to change the card number and was told 'Too late! We already tried to bill you for your monthly fee and had to charge you a $5 fee because

I decided to give this place another try.it is still inconsistent but I have had some good service and have had days where the computer is down and they aren't empowered to help the customer. Overall giving it a better rating and hopefully they continue to improve.

Absolutely horrible. Went to the first location at Tatum and Cave Creek. Told her I needed spray tan. She let me fill out paperwork while she chatted away on her phone and then told me the one sprayer they had was down. Not sure why she didn't tell me at first. Then sent me to the location a mile away. Got to the next location and my information wasn't entered correctly from the first so she had to find someone else to fix it. Then after paying, and 30 minutes of trying, found their sprayer was broken too. They told me I'd have to wait 2-3 days and then call back to speak with

I tried this place out yesterday. Friendly staff, pretty clean and well maintained. But I went for the Mystic tan. They had promotional offers on this : 3/$24 on Groupon and $5 for 1 on their website. But when I went there, they said that it "doesn't include the color"!!?? I read all the fine print, no where does it mention this. Seems like a pretty important part. Like a coupon for an ice cream cone that doesn't include the ice cream. So keep in mind that whatever price they advertise for Mystic add an extra $5-10 for EACH tan for color. Not a great business practice to hide

My husband tans here regularly because they seem to have better beds than some salons, however the service is very inconsistent. My husband has driven to the location at opening time and on a few occasions the person opening shows up 15+ minutes late. Pretty unprofessional, huh? They should considering hiring a more reliable person to open the store. The lady that showed up late, does however arrive with a cup of hot coffee. She should probably consider skipping the coffee to arrive on time.
