Hugo and his staff are absolute pros who will get the stress, knots and tensions out of your muscles. I always leave there stress and pain free with a hand full of cards to give to my friends who are athletes and desk jockeys. Awesome work! You will wish it ran longer and make a habit of going. Trust me!

It seemed like a miracle! I had two severely sprained wrists that hadn't healed in six months. My orthopedist couldn't help me and though they were ever so slowly improving, I began to wonder if they would ever finish healing. I went for two visits, one for each wrist. Now my wrists are back to normal. Amazing! I am so thankful and highly recommend them.

I saw Hugo as often as i could. I have issues with being touched by strangers, but i have a nerve problem that required a massage. Higo was always a perfect gentleman. I've experienced 1 hour, 1.5 hours and even the 2 hour massage. He is very thorough and you definitely get your money's worth. Although I've moved two hours away, I'll definitely make it a point to return to his office for future massages.

All I can say is AMAZING!!!! I sent a message this morning asking about an appointment as I was in awful pain. Hugo got me worked in the following hour. After being in a awful car wreck two years ago I have seen a Chiropractor but never got the pain free results I did today. he worked muscles I never knew I had, even said things like he could tell I wasnt sleeping more than 4 hours and had headaches which was true. I showed up hardly able to walk, sit, stand or move and left feeling like I was 20 again. And let me tell you that is a wonderful feeling since most mornings this 40 year old wakes up

I have been getting massages for over 20 years from various spas. Hugo at Un-Knot You is BY FAR the best massage I've ever had! I visit NC every 2 -3 months to visit family and ALWAYS make time to visit Hugo. He is amazing at finding your problem areas and very successful in relieving your pain. Very highly recommended!!!!
