We never charge any service call fees although we do have a one (1) hour minimum for on-site service calls. All in-store computer repair and service carries a flat rate charge, with NO minimum and no hidden costs or charges.

The name of this company should be "Chris to the rescue!". Chris is phenomenal! I've been using Menza systems for years, for business, for personal, for my relatives and friends. He is very honest and upfront. He never tries to sell you something that is unnecessary (like other places) and he is always friendly. There are even times when he shows me how to repair my computer over the phone. Chris is Great!

I have been using Chris of Menza Systems for all my computer needs for over a decade, and he is by far the best computer person I have ever dealt with. Not only has he been able to handle any repair issues I've had, but he provides informed solutions on setting up my computer systems and designing networks. He also builds better desktops to spec than I can buy in the retail market. He is very honest and his prices are quite reasonable. His on-site response time is amazingly fast. I highly recommend Menza Systems.

Man, was I in deep trouble with my computer. It stopped working and all my business info. was on it. I was on my way to Best Buy to have the Geek squad help me and I spotted this small computer repair place on Pico. I stopped in and talked to Chris the owner and he said would look at it for free, I said OK, please be careful, all my info is in there. He told me he has been doing computer work for over 13 years. I went across the street to get coffee and hold my breathe. 20 min later I was back in his shop and all was right with the world again. He was able to bring it back to life and he didn&apos

Contacted this company since their website states that they repair power supplies. Cristian was completely disrespectful, and rude. They false advertise, and I would not recommend anyone to use this company at all!
Apparently Chris is the owner of this company. And he doesn't like people posting bad stuff about his company or him on their Facebook, so he will delete and block you from posting anymore.
This is no way to run a company or deal w/ being disrespectful and rude. Yea, I'll delete it, and no one will ever know that I was rude.. Well guess what, you can't delete twitter

The day I realized my computer's screen cracked because of my stupidity. I had two choices, buy a new laptop or go repair the one I had. Right after the incident, I started to call all the different repair shops located on Pico for the majority and some of them were unavailable, never returned your call etc... That shows the level of commitment of some of the shop. On my way to the store, Menza Systems caught my attention for some reasons and I gave it a shot.
