I've been an employee of CompTech for over 1 1/2 years and what I appreciate about the culture at headquarters is how we are all given a voice, whether you are a VP or an intern. Our all-hands meetings are literally all hands. Those same VPs and interns are sitting around the same conference table while the the CEO speaks to us as a unified group. It is a refreshing change coming from large company/Corporate America as I did.

CompTech Computer Technologies is a breath of fresh air to work at/for, if looking for any position (that's available)! I was newer to the contracting side of things as it related to my profession and they were like family from the moment the first conversation began! They don't just see you as just another position or seat to fill but rather, care for the well-being of you as a person! That to me says enough! Awesome and positive staff! If you've ever had issues in the past with the paperwork, insurance, benefits side of things, perhaps and emergency happened and needed your job to OVERSTAND!

Poor business management, very poor HR response, the company does not research jobs before placing bids. This company does not care about the staff and only looks at you like a number. I don't see this company becoming successful..
