Very unprofessional company. You have to constantly be calling them to find out what is happening. They would come, spend a day, then disappear without a word for a day. One day only one guy showed up for 1/2 an hour then left and took tools with him. NO communication at all. They dumped a ton of stuff down our drains and swore it wouldn't cause any problems, but we've had lots of problems since they left. They are not concerned with customer service at all. No one on the tile crew spoke English well enough to communicate with us,or address our concerns. We paid for some things to be done that

It took me a while to post this review as I wanted to spell out the facts and not post off pure emotion. We had our meeting with them on September 5th 2020. I am having a house built in Queen Creek and Richmond American has Platinum Pools & Spas as their preferred pool builder, so we thought we would give them a try. Wow, what a waste of time! We arrived at our appointment with Paul Martin about 15 or 20 minutes early. The person at the front desk was friendly and politely let us know that Paul was not quite ready to meet with us. The end product was excellent. The process was a little rocky since our new pool was through our builder which resulted in some communication issues and delays. It was disappointing to end up over a month behind schedule. And we made a change to the length of our pool that got missed resulting in the pool being 3 feet shorter than it should have been. They offered to re-dig the pool making it the dimensions we wanted but we didn't want to delay the project further. They then offered to credit us the difference and offered us a free upgrade of our choice. We feel they went out of their way to make

Our warranty was honored and we received very prompt and professional service from Terence. We have had minor issues in the past 2.5 years, but we have always received prompt and courteous service. I would recommend Platinum.
