Shawn was absolutely amazing. I had been waiting for 7 days to hear back from another pool service provider to give me a quote on replacing my dead pump (and potentially replace automation / salt cell). My new go-to pool expert! I posted a question on a local Facebook pool group and Shawn answered without even mentioning his business. In looking around at other online groups, I noticed that he was the owner of a pool business. I checked reviews everywhere and everyone loved his friendliness and expertise. We had a broken pump and needed it replaced quickly in the Phoenix heat. Shawn answered my questions and gave me recommendations outside of business hours and scheduled our repair to happen in 36 hours.

When we first moved into a house with a pool we were not sure where to start. Shawn with the perfect splash came and gave us "pool school" to teach us the basics and as time has gone on and we needed different services he was able to come and help us and teach us and has gone above and beyond answering questions and checking up on us during our pool troubles. They have always been reasonably priced and I would recommend them for regular maintenance or any type of pool trouble you can't handle on your own.
