Openso Engineering fully supports downstream production through extensive experience designing high pressure and high heat vessels, reactors, heat exchangers, API tanks and piping. Optimum Engineering was founded in 2001 by four principal Nooter Fabrication employees that had 120 aggregate years of experience in working for a world-renowned fabricator of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other process equipment.

Openso can perform numerical analysis to provide assessments that can help improve your plant's reliability, and provide major savings in unnecessary repair and lost production time. Repairs and alterations to improve the performance of the equipment can be performed in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 and/or Division 2, and API 579-1/ASME FFS-1.
Openso Engineering can help to optimize your scheduled downtime and achieve the most efficient use of equipment, inspection, and maintenance. Openso has performed analyses for customers in need of quick answers. Crack-like flaw on the longitudinal weld seam on piping.

After Fitness for Service (FFS) analysis was performed, the length of the crack was determined to be greater than the critical flaw size in accordance with API 579-1/ASME FFS-1, and a weld repair was recommended.Taking measurements on a Black Liquor Spill Collection Tank prior to performing Fitness for Service.
Tri-Clad reactors are being utilized ever more often in Acetic Acid Plants and other similar corrosive process applications. Openso Engineering is one of the few companies that has the design and manufacturing knowledge in the world for Tri-Clad construction. As tri-clad design offers greater potential for total reliability and longevity than bi-clad.
Openso Engineering has been consulted to provide Mechanical Engineering and Structural Design Expert Witness testimony in multiple litigation cases. Petrochemical and chemical process equipment design, construction, and fatigue analysis are our specialty. When it comes to pressure vessels, reactors, heat exchangers and API tanks - we are the expert.

Based on what I observed, other than the disrespectful interactions within the workplace, the company is severely suffering from poor decision makings of ill-equipped managers and lack of strategic planning.
