I placed a call through AAA at around 2 P.M. for a tow service, I waited for them until 9 P.M. until I found a better option. Through the duration of time I spent waiting I would call AAA about 15 to 30 minutes after the said ETA had passed to get an updated ETA until I finally decided to call them personally, when they answered and heard what vehicle I was calling about I was told that I was basically put in the back of the line due to the fact I was needing a tow to Freeport. From my standpoint as a customer I think that this is terrible business etiquette and terrible decision making on the

$2,000+ damage to vehicle, 4 hours to arrive, and rude. Do NOT recommend.
For 4 hours the driver was magically 45 min away or less. The gentlemen on the phone was rude and didn't care I was waiting for 4 hours. His defense was "there are others who have waited longer." Driver arrived and was unprofessional as well. Thankfully I took dozens of pictures documenting the condition of our brand new cargo van before he hauled it away and damaged it. Dealer documented the damage as well before servicing. This company denied they damaged it and said they had pictures proving they delivered it undamaged

Called and scheduled lockout request. Before they were set to arrive, They contact me and told me they would be 30 minutes late. After about 45 minutes, called again, and was told it would be another 20 minutes. After two hours of waiting they stopped taking my phone call. Wouldn’t wast my time calling them because obviously they don’t care about their customers
