My car was towed, for several days the manager wasn’t there. They said I could have the original price when I pick it up, that was a lie. They told me if would let them know I wanted the car they would’ve been there in a hour but I was never told that until a week later. They waited a whole week to tell me that. I called the manager letting her now I called trying to figure out when I could get my car because she was “out of town” the day I had my car towed. When I tried speaking to her she said I need to lower my voice she just didn’t want to hear me and she told me I could take her

Had an engine issue with my 2018 GT350 on HWY285, called USAA, they dispatched a flatbed car hauler from Hard Core Towing. Joe showed and was very professional and very experienced on getting sport cars on the flatbed without issues. Would definitely use this towing service and highly recommend Joe as your tow guy.

When I left my kids school my truck felt different when I went to back up then when I put it in drive it wouldnt go but 5miles an HR, I was like great so I limped it to hard core which was just down the road Justin was there & looked it over took him a few min. then realized it was locked into 4wd... my 2yr had gotten in the front seat as I was buckling up 1 out of my 3 boys & I guess he hit the button! its funny now but was so glad it wasnt something more serious. thank you guys for being awesome & we all had a good laugh afterwards!!!

Kym and Gary are absolutely amazing. They were very helpful and patient with me when a semi lost its drive shaft on the highway and destroyed half of my car. They helped me find a mechanic, drove me to a hotel and stayed with me until they knew I was safe. The world needs more Kym and Gary's in it and I am grateful for them.
