Services
For parents, the single most important thing is to find a pediatric dentist that perfectly suits your needs and your child's needs. At Dr. Toni's office, we know the importance of optimal oral health and work with parents and children to achieve it. You will find our office to be multicultural and multi-lingual, with Dr. Toni speaking Chinese and staff members speaking additional languages.
According to the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the first dental visit should be 6 months after the eruption of the first tooth, or by the time the child is 1 year old. Although the idea of an early dental visit is still surprising to many parents, the infant visit is endorsed by leading national public health groups.
One of the first things you may notice about our office is that the decor and aesthetics are warm and welcoming. The designs and colors may not be typical of a dental clinic, as we cater specifically to children, pre-teens, and teens. There is a dedicated play area that features video games and movies for children to enjoy during visits.
We are dedicated to providing all our patients with the finest service and treatment available. In doing so, we are happy to provide complimentary insurance verification and claim submittal. If we have received all of your insurance information on the day of the appointment, we will be happy to file your claim for you.

My son has been seen by Dr. Toni since he was young and is now applying for college. Dr. Toni is not only friendly and knowledgeable in her field, but very personal at the same time. She pleasantly answers your questions every time and genuinely takes care of your child's teeth. I recently had questions regarding my son's wisdom teeth. Like always, she answered all of my questions in a detailed manner. I would recommend Dr. Toni to any parent looking for a pediatric dentist. Her staff is also great too.

Everything is great and the doctor is very nice and professional, the only down experience is the unfriendly front desk lady. I called to tell them the health form content is same as last year, she said You have to do it again. Then I asked can I fill in paper form because I don’t have pen or other electronics to search information online. She said everybody do on their phone! Finally she said she can tell them to let you do on their iPad, I said yes please, that will be helpful. Then they never gave me any iPad…

The one star is for the female dental assistant. She was so rough and impatient with my daughter. The dentist herself is awesome, but this assistant just makes a simple routine checkup an absolute nightmare. I suggest if you get the female assistant assigned to your child, that you ask for a different one.

Dr Chen is an excellent pediatric dentist! Extremely patient with my very anxious 17-yr old. Has nitrous if they need it. My son probably wouldn't have had any fillings done if not for Dr. Chen's patience, kindness, and perseverance. Office staff is great too- provide quick and thorough estimates. Office very clean and modern. Excellent all- around. Thank you Dr. Chen and staff!!!!

Happy son, happy mom! The zero cavities streak continues!! Thanks to our favorite dentist Toni Chen my son has had the best care I could ever ask for when it comes to his dental hygiene. The staff is amazing and I would love to add they have really stepped up their game when it comes to the check in process. Not only do they ensure to set reminders but the short survey you take before finalizing the confirmation made me feel peace of mind that no one coming in has been under the weather.

Dr. Toni and team have been consistently amazing since we first became patients several years ago. My son is autistic and has sensory processing disorder. I explained this to Dr. Toni and she handled our situation with kindness and understanding. He progressed from totally melting down to sitting in the chair willingly in the span of a few visits. This place is amazing! They went above and beyond for the safety of the children during Covid. Staff members where extremely helpful and very friendly. Dr. Chen made my child feel comfortable when examining him, and was super helpful on how to keep up the care. My child and I felt safe and secure, and provided a long lasting experience for my son and the dentist. Wish every first experience was this positive.

We love this office and Dr. Toni Chen. She's been with us from the stage of crying at the top of her lungs during the visit, to walking in nervous with a little crying, to walking in with confidence to see the dentist. I think this speaks volumes about how this office treats our daughter and all their patients. Dr. Chen spends time answering all of our questions and talking us through any concerns. We highly recommend coming here.

Dr. Toni is amazing! Both of my children have been under her care since they were toddlers. That's 10 years! She is the most patient and sweet pediatric dentist. She always personally explains the process to me before and after starting on any major procedure. She is also knowledgeable and very resourceful in her referrals of care outside her area of practice. (Eg. Endodontist, pediatric anesthesiologist, oral supplies)

My son has autism anxiety and ADHD he does not like the dentist. This dental office has been so extremely patient and understanding with my son. It took him about 6 to 7 visits before he finally was familiar with the office and they would suggest that I would bring him in frequently so he could get used to the office. Everyone that works there is super sweet with the children. I have to say that this particular day Toni Chen made herself available on her day off because my son had an emergency in the middle of the night his tooth became infected and had a huge abscess and she was able to call in

This would normally be a 1 star review, but because I felt that Dr. Chen as well her hygienists, were very nice and professional, I am leaving it at 2 stars.
Who would ever sign up for paying $724 for just regular cleaning for 2 kids when you have insurance? (and no, no X-rays included) Well... certainly not me.
My kids were new patients, so when I made the appointment, they requested insurance information, which I provided immediately. Normally, I would expect the staff performs all the benefits checks to let patients know of copays before services are rendered. I guess this was not done
