NetCenergy's manages service program and their incredible staff have made a huge difference in the operation of the IT infrastructure in our business. From the minute I first sat down with Dan Charland I knew that we would be much better off with NetCenergy, as opposed to our current provider. They did an extensive search of our systems, and ended up finding many things that the previous provider had disregarded. After finding those flaws we sat down and came up with a business plan to fix those problems over time, and start implementing technology that would improve our systems. On top of how thorough they were with that, they also responded to every ticket we put in faster than we expected. All of their engineers were extremely helpful and
