We have been a TAG customer for nearly 15 years. During the pandemic their team helped us transition our IT platforms to support a fully remote workforce. Although the transition was not without it challenges, TAG did a great job getting us to where we needed to be. Since transitioning, our IT issues have been reduced by a factor of four and our efficiency has increased significantly.

We have been using several TAG for several years now. We are a small technology company that tries to be very agile. We frequently have needs that spring up quickly and need quick resolutions. I am sorry to say that the response we get from TAG is usually a callback the following day. I have been in situations where I was prepping for a potential customer visiting from abroad and we needed technical help right then and there - nothing. We would have paid almost any amount of money to have someone help us in that emergency but TAG doesn't have an option for that. Very frustrating. We have had some
