Ski-doo dealership champions in service nice people. Bill is a Very knowledgeable Technician who knows Ski-Doo snowmobiles inside and out. Paula has the front of the house and parts down to a tee. Not a big multi-brand dealership they only sell Ski- Doo and know me by name the kind of customer service you don't find at the big meat getter shops that only see $$$ signs.

Very disappointed with their attitude. Not friendly on the phone or in person. I will never buy anything from Bickford Sports again. My son went up there to pickup the Swim Raft that I wanted and said if it was up to him he would of told them to keep it. The salesman was on the rude side. If you don't mind dealing with sales people with no personality then Bickford Sports is the place for you.

Bought a brand new 2016 snowmobile from this dealer and it overheated the very first time I took it out. The problem has continued and this dealer has done nothing to attempt to make this right. Have a brand new machine I can't ride and dealer won't stand behind product . Buyers beware. I plan to spread this bad experience far and wide in hopes it doesn't happen to others.
