While Ramona may not mollycoddle you people that think just because you have a pool, you are elite and therefore entitled, she is the most knowledgable person I've met in this business. She goes out of her way to give you free tips to taking care of your pool and shortcuts that will save you money if you will pay attention. If she is sometimes abrupt, you should realize that she doesn't just stand behind a counter all day waiting to take your money. This awesome lady works long, long hours solving your pool problems and

Ramona and Bowman Pools have been helping us to maintain our pool for nearly 20 years. Through many issues with pool water, pumps, liners, etc. they have helped us keep a beautiful pool. I have been a customer for 19 years . Ramona and Rick really help with service, liners and chemical imbalance. She always greets me and points to exactly what I need just with a verbal description on my part. They are reliable for opening and closings. I would not have anyone else to take care of my pool!

Contrary to the bogus negative review for this store (fake news). I find the "lady who runs the store" to be VERY knowledgeable. With their fee water testing, they will offer you the exact steps to keeping your pool in perfect balance. If I listen to her my pool water is PERFECT all summer. I drive out of my way to go here.
