I have been having pretty severe lower back pain and made a last minute appointment here to alleviate my discomfort. The space is bright and inviting, everyone on staff is so friendly, and Raymond (massage therapist) did an exceptional job targeting my problem areas and was highly communicative about pressure and comfort levels during my service. After your treatment, you meet with your therapist and talk about things you can do at home to help with any tightness and Raymond gave me several stretches to do to help manage everything.
