State Farm has been my insurance company since I first started driving. It was my parents' company, and I & all my siblings have stayed with the company for car, home, and other insurance needs. Having recently moved, to make it easier to buy a new car, I went to the DMV to change my address, and they issued a new license. In some sort of bureaucratic screw-up, State Farm's back office saw that my old license had been turned in, but didn't pick up that a new one had been issued.
