Zoom Car Wash

I have been utilizing the Zoom Car Wash on Quail Lakes Drive for as long as they've been there and never had a problem. I recommended this location to a lot of friends and they've been happy as well.
Not so my most recent visit. (yesterday, January 27, 2022) I took my car in and although I just needed the outside wash, I chose the inside/out complete car wash STRICTLY so I could get my windows done. I have a bad back and my windshield on the inside is really tough for me.

Like many others have stated, the experience at Zoom Quail Lakes is inconsistent.
I tend to think this may have to do with staffing shortages, and finding low wage earners who are truly motivated and passionate about their work!
However, overall i always leave with a clean vehicle at a reasonable price.

On this visit, they were quite busy so it took a while for my car to get cleaned. Going through the wash was fine, but waiting for them to wipe it down and vacuum took a while. I was there for a good 45 minutes. They definitely need staff, so if you know of anyone looking for a job, send them over to Zoom.

This place is garbage. They don't clean the windows that good. If you have a 4x4 like I do they only clean what they can reach. Paid 40.99 for a wash that was half as@ done. Had to get a person In a red shirt and that person couldn't care less about the service. Will not be going back again.

Worse service ever. I have been here 2 hours and they havnt started washing my car. The oil change was over an hour ago. Unless you plan to send the entire day here do not come here

I was very disappointed. I paid almost $40 to get a wash that I can get for $8 at mister carwash. My trunk area was all wet and not dried my door jams were dirty and wet. They never wiped my car down right. The bottom sides weren't wiped. My rims were still dirty as well. I will definitely not be returning. My car is new and barely any miles and the interior smelt like wet rag after i left, you would think for what they charged that I shouldn't have to go over it myself.

This was my favorite car wash best price there $9.99 wash was the best and for $26.99 they would do everything wipe dry interior never had a problem till now my vehicle was done the worker honked the horn so I gave the ticket got in the vehicle and just shut the door and another worker came out of no were and jumping up and down waving his towel saying hurry up hurry up and go so I put the window down and ask what’s the problem and jump in window and said you are in the way I told him I just got in the vehicle and still jumping up and down say go you are in the way so I talked to the manger and

Went here yesterday got the zoom special which is $43! For that price I expect the car to at least be fully wiped down but of course it was not. Will not be returning to this location

They did a great job but definitely could have been better especially when you pay $43 you shouldn't find dust and dirt on the dash and console I will go again but will not pay top dollar next time

You never know what's going to happen to your car at this place. This has been my go to car wash for a while until now I guess, for the SECOND time they have let their soap dry all over my car. The first time this happened they made it right (even despite them trying to tell me it was my fault, hilarious!) and gave me a free detail. I literally watched them leave my car in the sun, once again, while they took their sweet time. Workers walking around looking lost. They seemed to be cleaning the cars in no particular order. When our car was done they didn't signal us. We had to go check. And there was a truck in front of us not done so we had to wait. We could've cleaned it ourselves. The shop inside is nice though.

I called before bringing in my car for headlights restoration and was quoted $30-40 per light. So I sent my friend there with my car for both headlights restoration and ended up paying $120. Not so honest about their service charges. I should have gone to a different shop and pay way less for same work done. First time here and will be last time.

I needed a oil change in bad way. I went to Walmart to only find out it was a four hour wait. My time is more valuable then the ten to fifteen dollars I would have saved getting my oil changed at Walmart.
I head a cross the street on the corner of Hammer Lane to Zoom Car Wash. I had never noticed the place prior to that day. However, the sign said lube and I needed a car wash.
I found out you got a full service wash for free when you bought a lube service. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. My car had a Rock Star shine outside and the inside looked new.

I took my car in for a wash yesterday as it needed a "bath". Service personnel are friendly. The cashier who has been there for years is always great! However, when my car is ready (I assumed) all work be good. I go home to do some chores. I go out to grab dinner and look at the floor of my car. It's like it wasn't vacuumed. I did pay for it but guess who was responsible skipped it. I doubt I will go back as this isn't the first time. Two stars fur the friendliness but overall not great at the details

I love these guys their detail was the best one that I’ve ever had in my life my car has not been detailed in the garage since 81 after the detail I feel like I’m back in the 80s I’m just looking for a good time now thank you guys

If you do the oil change ( regular around 50) you can get free complete car wash inside out. They offer unlimited car wash with many option. Good service.

The staff was friendly and wanted to do right. Unfortunately the people who did my car did a poor job. Didn't vacuum parts of the floor, the windshield was very streaky, they missed parts when wiping down the interior. I played for the 45 dollar clean pluses a wax which was another $40+ so I did expect a good job. They had a young man come out to fix it and he tried but after I had been there for an hour plus I was just wanted to go home. Props to the young man. He was a sweetheart.

Worst car wash ever. $32 for full service plus floor mats. The employees go through the motions with no regard to how well they are cleaning the car. My dash still had large areas still covered with dust, one mirror wasn't wiped off at all, the roof wasn't dried off, and I had to wait an hour. How I miss Pacific Car Wash

I purchased a 33.00 car wash where I have called and confirmed with another employee that the employees should be washing the inside and outside of the car. A 33 dollar car wash will get your door jams , dash wiped down , windows cleaned , car vacuumed and a moderate (no scrubbing because that cost extra ) wipe down of the accessories in the car(who would've thought you had to pay extra for someone that works at a car wash to do their job) so if they wipe it once and it doesn't come off they leave it apparently.I have two large dogs so there was a lot of dog hair . Never again will I ever take our cars to Zoom Car Wash!!! We received the worst customer service EVER! I understand accidents happen.. but...

never was I informed that my truck was going to be kept over night after getting detailed.

2. I never received a phone call the next day to let me know my truck was ready... we had to cal and follow up.

3. I was never informed they broke my mirror off, not even when we called to follow up on why they kept my truck over night with out letting us know.

4. We STILL PAID for the CRAPPY service with out hesitation.

5. Mirror was taped back on carelessly

I am so angry with my car wash today. I went today to get a car wash inside and out and when my car was finished I noticed scratches that were not there before. Once I got home in the sunlight directly I notice more scratches all around the car that were not there previously. The first time I took my car here they did a great job but after today I will not be going back. I feel that is very unprofessional. Something they used, the towel or whatever caused the scratches on my new car and I'm so annoyed and angry

Very Quick service. I saw tons of cars thinking I'm going to have a long wait but right after I paid the truck had its run through the wash. The inside of the building is really clean and open. Bathrooms are available for use. Some stools were provided for seating inside as well as outside and mask are fully enforced.

The vacuuming and cleaning of the vehicle took a little bit longer but that's ok just means the car is getting a thorough wipe down. I paid $40.99 for the special, which includes the wash with wax, tire shine, shine on the inside and fragrance.
