This car wash is fantastic. Cleans our very dusty cars the the first time. Vacuums work great two. The workers are nice and if you have any kind of issue they take care of you and help you out. They care about their customers. Adam is great too. This car wash location is always clean and safe. Great value for the money too.

Does what it should, cleans the car and never an issue here. The one thing that makes me nervous is how close the staff allows the cars to line up through the car wash but I get it. Its a numbers game to get as many cars through the wash per hour to maximize the profits. But one mistake by the drivers, which I have seen one lady jump the track, and it could result in a bad situation.
Either way, car always looks great when I drive out.

I mean I get it's a car wash but damn the 2 girls outside can smile more and not look so pissed off at the world. They did choose to work here after all. They also don't put any effort into putting the soap on your car, the guys have better attitudes and actually out there back into it! Good thing this isn't a place for tips because I wouldn't tip anything. Train your employees better, and teach them about customer service!

Went and got a free car wash a few weeks ago which was really nice. Went again yesterday since my last one was free. The wash is as good as other similar car washes nothing to complain about. However, only gave 4 stars because the vacuum hoses on both sides of the stall were broken. They were mostly usable but need to be repaired/replaced.

Forward to now and Customer Service is better, a total 180 degrees. All the employees are very eager to help. They come to you, make us laugh, and they explain the difference you get on the menu and how you can set up unlimited monthly washes. Fabulous Customer Service.

I frequent this car wash and have always been pleased with how my car turns out.
I went through on Tuesday, to get the ash from the fires off my car. When I arrived at my office less than a mile away I went to dry my car fully with a microfiber towel, it still had ash stuck to the paint. I was unable to go back immediately due to a meeting. I called and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful employee named Daniel. I cheerfully told me to bring it back and they would wash it again for free. Unfortunately, I could not get back until the next day. When I arrived the next day, several employees

This is the third time I used this car wash and paid full price for tire treatment and the whole deal. Doesn't rinse well. No tire treatment even after asking to make sure i paid for the full service. The attendant said " ya its very inconsistent " I'll find a different car wash where you at minimum get what you pay for!! Not what it use to be.
UPDATE: After reading Adam's response we talked. He had adjustments to make with the car wash and his employees response. Willing to give it another chance!!

Stopped here today for the first time. I live by now Mister Car Wash on Lathrop so that had always been my go to. Well now that Prime Shine is now Mister car wash their prices have jumped up significantly which I was not happy to see. With that being said due to this pandemic Mister is closed and my car needed a wash BAD.
I was doing a target pick up today and decided to try this place out. I was pleasantly surprised with their pricing. I did the $12 wash which is their highest wash minus the tire shine. $13 for the same wash including tire shine so only $1 more.. not bad. When trying to purchase

Canceled my mister account and switch my unlimited plan to here where you car actually gets washed and not scratched up....
Suggest everyone with a mister account to do the same.. you wont be disappointed...

The go to for my daily commuter that sees 140miles a day. I like this wash way more than the one on Airport and any other in Stockton for a express wash. Check in and get a discount on the highest tier wash! Only thing was, I wished they had someone to touch up some wet spots and had more vacuum stalls. Sometimes you have to wait a bit after the wash to vacuum your car.
