Do Not Recommend. Went here for a simple key copy. Not only did they not perform the simple task with a number of excuses, but they recommended I go to the Walmart key copy kiosk instead. Terrible customer service. Luckily I found a better locksmith that did the key copy in less than 30 seconds. Very Frustrating.

This is the place to go for locks, keys and all the rest. I have about 50-100 keys made a month with the property management and I have NEVER had one that doesn’t work. These guys know their stuff. I highly recommend Custom Locksmiths & Alarm.

After a power outage, the alarm installed in my recently purchased home had issues. After doing my research, I realized they had changed a code required to fix my issue. When I called to get the code, they refused to provide it, and instead offered to come complete the 3 minute process for $125.

Lady at the counter was extremely rude. I called and asked if they made copies of a specific type of key. I was very precise and thorough over the phone. The person on the phone said they could only tell if I brought it in. When I took it in the lady had a very bad attitude and pretty much treated me like an idiot. I'll never go back here again.
