Royal Management Company, Incorporation began managing the property in 2015. Townhouse Square has a total of 40 units, all of which are Section 8. All units on this property are two-bedroom. To determine the value of a particular housing program, we looked at the cost of rent versus the inspection score awarded to the property during its most recent inspection.
Northwood Village is a highly rated apartment complex in Jackson, MS. The area has tree lined streets and there are multiple security features included at this rental complex including security cameras and a gated entranceway. Rental units have been recently renovated. Several units have a balcony or patio.
Marvin graduated from college with a degree in Business Administrative. During and after graduation he worked for a firm in New Orleans for twelve (12) years that developed and managed apartment communities. As the controller, he was involved in the difference phrase of the operations of a number of properties.

I have been try to reach a Mr. Tony for the last 6 months every since this company took over the management of Willow Bridge HOA in Mobile, Al. Does a Mr. Tony even exist it does not seem like it. Ever time I call he is not in, on the phone, a message was left for him, etc. I have spoken to Melanie (shes properly tired of me calling and leaving notes for her boss), the secretary on many occasions, emailed them, and asked for a meeting since Mr. Tony will not call me back. That is all l ask for, is that too much to ask for?? I am a paying customer that pays HOA fees upfront for the whole year! The

Exact same thing just happened to me today!!!! Of course I never edge my lawn but it is always cut and maintained with in a reasonable time frame. My house and property are in great shape. I think there is something shady going on with this company. They just took over our HOA as well. Now I agree our neighborhood could use a little help with the property owners maintaining their properties but this is some nit picky stuff that they are doing to me when there are way bigger problems to be concerned about. These people manage my neighborhood's HOA. They cited me last month saying my lawn needed edging. Fair enough. It was over-due, so I took care of it. Then they come back this month, cite me again -- this time with a $50 fine -- despite there being NO grass growing over the driveway or sidewalks at all. They don't knock, ring your doorbell or anything to discuss the issue face to face. They just leave a door hanger. I call them and they say they don't know anything. I've lived here four years and never an issue until now. These people are out of their f---ing mind. Avoid these
