She initially started with this established family-owned business in 2000, working her way to up to vice president of the company, and prides herself on her integrity and honesty. She was very effective and when the original job I applied to wasn't the best choice for me she was quick to tell me about a new opportunity and set up interviews quickly. I've taken time off during the pandemic to work on myself and get a few things in order. But when I was ready to get back to work, I applied on zip recruiter and I immediately received a call with several job offerings the next day. Lynda A. is such a phenomenal and wonderful person to talk to. She helped me so much with any questions I had and worked with me. She was so patient and kind when answering all my questions. Really nice and friendly. Linda was the person I worked with and she was great. She called me to get familiar with my experience and what I was seeking for salary. I quickly got an interview. She pushed for want I wanted out of a job with the right company and I received and accepted an offer in just one day. The follow ups and the staying in contact with info was great as well.

As we move out of Covid, and jobs are all over the place.
I found that quite a few recruiters have a tendency to stack you up on a pile and go through it as they have time.
Personal people and Lynda did the opposite!
I got a job, top pay and a new career within 48 hours.
