The customer service at this shop was horrendous at best. And whatever they quote you for a price for service. Do not expect that to be even remotely true. Nor do they back their work. Chris the mechanic is the absolute worst when talking to customers, condescending, rude and overall pushy with customers... DO NOT GO THERE!

If you expect customer service and timeliness, this is not the place for you!
purchased a brand new starcraft at the end of 2020. I wanted a few minor options added (ladder, rails for rod holders etc). Knowing that spring is the busy season, I started the process to order the options and have them installed in the first week of February. The list price of the ski pole was high so I was told to hold off on ordering anything till they researched it. fast forward to the first week of March, no call or update on the ski pole, so I went into the shop to see what the status was. I placed an order for

I chose Bow & Stern for inside winter storage and just picked up the boat. I have used 2 other prominent marinas over the last 7 years. Each time one marina damaged the boat 3 times and the other marina returned the boat with mud all over the drive and top cover, including animal paw prints. I do a complete cleaning inside and outside with full wax every storage season and winterize myself. So I would expect inside storage cost to return the boat in the condition I brought it. Bow and stern being a new storage choice I was again concerned at what the out of storage condition would be as I did explain

After purchasing a boat and finding a couple issues, we called, they eventually sent what needed to be fixed after a couple phone calls with "I'll order it" "oh, that guy isn't here today" and then finally the right person making an order. At least they mailed the parts.
fast forward to the end of the season, and it's taken in to be winterized and have the oil changed. Call and agree on a time to drop off the boat... Show up and get asked by the rude tech if we had called ahead. Again, lack of communication, we were told to bring it.
Pick up boat today, ask where it got parked, tech vaguely directs

I have been going to Bow and Stern for over 15 years. Paul, Marcia, Chris, and crew have been nothing but professional and outstanding people. They are an amazing family and I have enjoyed doing business with them. After 15 years, I finally bought a new boat...and I bought it from Bow and Stern. I would not have it any other way. I used to spend a lot of time in their showroom dreaming of the day I could finally buy a boat. One of the things I always appreciated and respected was how they never pressured me. They never tried to sell me a boat just to make a sale. They respected the fact that it
