So many bad experiences with them. Their appointment setters are gatekeepers who do not forward my concerns to doctor. No one calls me back. They refused me service that I am entitled to, although I had not seen my PCP for 9 months or so. One desk clerk likes to practice medicine without a license. She never heard of breakthrough COVID, but told me I had nothing to worry about after I was fact to face with one of their unvaccinated health care worker. I could never ask my PCP to recommend a good specialist; SCL always refers me to their specialist who needs the business because he/she is rated

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. We used the ER on Jul 30, 2019, received a bill in late August, paid that bill on Sept 14, 2019. We have confirmation number, it shows on the credit card, and the credit card has been paid. They started calling end of September and continue to call every day, over and over, trying to take advantage of two little old people, confuse us, and make us pay the bill a second time. They've been given the information numerous times and instead of marking the bill as paid, they continue to harass us. Horrible horrible horrible situation. Do not trust them. This is all for

I'm lucky this place has a drop in center on our campus. I've found it really easy to get an appointment with them. The nurse care practitioners/doctor have been very caring. I've used the on several occasions from simple to more complex issues. All my experiences to date have been positive. Everyone has been extremely caring and compassionate about the issues they were addressing. The only issue I've ever had was where the office couldn't handle taking the co-pay for my insurance. I had to do that via SCL Health web page once I got the bill.
