Mountain Time Vacation Rentals & Sales offers lots for sale at the country's premiere luxury motorcoach resort. Mountain Falls Luxury Motorcoach Resort is located in the Lake Toxaway area of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina. Oversized motorcoach sites accommodate Class A motorcoach RVs and include full hookups and optional enhancements of patios, outdoor grill kitchens and coach cottages.
The Coach Cottage will feature an infinity waters edge pool as well as a water feature feeding into it with three fire. This private, back-in site overlooks golf course with rock staircase opening into a wooded creek side reserve. Lot boasts stone fireplace, outdoor kitchen with granite counters and Jenn-Air grill.
Clubroom, bar, fireplace, lounge, meeting room, outdoor firepit, garden terrace, state of the art fitness facility, locker rooms, two pools, two pool houses, two hot spas, poolside grill, executive 9 hole par three golf course, tennis court, bocce ball and pickle ball courts. Each Fee Simple lot is individually owned while all common areas, such as streets, buildings, and amenities are owned in common by all lot owners through the P.O.A.
This one bedroom cabin nestled on a private lot in the mountains, offers that cozy mountain feel. The views from this cabin are breathtaking especially in the fall season. This is my second time posting this, as the first one may have gotten deleted somehow (which is pretty shady)
My father fell ill and I had to cancel. These people are so unkind, uncaring, and rude that they were not even willing to work with me to possible reschedule my trip. Just told me "our cancellation policy is as follows." My father ended up dying, and I am still out the almost $1000 that I spent booking this cabin. I will never book with these people again, even if they are the only people who rent cabins in TN.

We enjoyed the cabin and the area. There were some things that could have been cleaned better by housekeeping before our arrival such as inside dresser drawers (found dirty item inside), under the beds, end tables, and some door handles. For the price, I would have expected a little more cleanliness. There is a wire fencing around the back area, it needs repaired or replaced. We had a toddler in our group and part of the wire fence was bent and fallen over and while exploring the yard he tripped and got a small scratch. Other than those things we enjoyed our stay. The worst people I have ever booked with! We didn’t even get to stay at our cabin and had to end up getting a hotel for our hole one week trip here. The road to the cabin was not maintained at all! Leaves and moss covered the black top leaving our suv unable to get to the cabin. On top of a dirt road we had to drive up hill that was never stated that we had to drive on! All this company is a rip off and would never recommend anyone to book with them! As of right now we are looking into legal action on getting our money back being we could not get

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
We booked a Christmas Vacation months ago and just found out that it has been cancelled without much of an explanation. When we reached out to the company to help us book another cabin they did not seem to care or want to help us! Very disappointed!

My wife and I had a trip scheduled for our 5 year anniversary. Unfortunately I was placed in the hospital due to throat swelling and ended up having covid in the process. I let smoky mountain falls know as soon as I was told I had Covid that I would not be able to make our trip and to see if we could get a refund or reschedule. They told me sorry to hear but attached is our cancelation policy. Basically for no reason on earth will they refund you any money unless it is cancelled 30 days ahead for a full refund or 14 days ahead for 1/2 refund. I understand why the policies are in place. This is the only place I rent cabins from. After using others in past years, none compare to Smoky Mt. Falls!! Debbie is awesome. The cabins are beautiful. Well maintained & stocked with essentials (dish soap, towels etc). If u ever have a question or concern, they are right there to help. I've been staying at their cabins since I 1st stumbled across them about 5 yrs ago. Usually go at least twice a yr. I highly recommend their cabins!!! Can't wait to go back!!

Editing review. Below is original review I had for this cabin rental company. Since then they have had a change of heart and allowed us a reschedule. It’s not a refund, but they did their part to make it right. Looking forward to our trip.

The people at Smoky Mountain Falls rentals are the nicest rental company I have ever rented with. They ensured our stay went smoothly, gave clear directions, and furnished the cabin to accommodate my friends and I perfectly. They are super easy to get in touch with, and made our trip the Smoky Mountains possible and enjoyable! I would highly recommend the Bear Tracks cabin to any group of friends, a family, or a couple wanting to get away for the weekend. It is cozy with or without a fire, has a spacious kitchen for cooking, and a great hot tub on the balcony! It was a short drive to both Pigeon
