If its your first time meeting the team, they will give you a tour of the office, provide their history, background on their awards and accomplishments. They monitor your gum health every few months, they take actual measurements. Hands down the best office for all your dental needs. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who makes you feel comfortable. Because of the pandemic I had not been to the dentist for quite some time, and was somewhat anxious about what to expect. The front desk staff at Turlock Dental Care made me feel safe and comfortable from the time I came in to the office to the time I was called back for my cleaning. My hygienist, Jackie, thoroughly explained all of the safety procedures they have in place to keep their patients and staff safe. And believe me they are going above and beyond with their safety protocol. I was totally at ease! Jackie did (always does!) a great job of cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable

Completely dishonest - before scheduling an appointment I called to see if they accepted my insurance, their reply was "yes" after my first visit for a check up they mail me a bill for $200, when I called to ask them why I was receiving a bill for a check up and xrays because my insurance pays 100% of prevented visit, they replied that they are not contracted with my insurance so I owe them the difference, I then asked why they said yes when I asked about them accepting my coverage they said "well we do we just aren't contracted with them" - had they been honest up front about this and told me

This is my daughter's orthodontist and staff. They are always so fast & attentive to us. We love the people here. We moved 30 minutes away last year but I still bring her here because I wouldn't want anyone else working on her. She trusts them so I'll continued to bring her here. I have dental phobia so even going to the dentist is a big event in my life. Everyone, and I mean everyone, who works at this dental office, is amazing. They treat me like an old friend and definitely are sensitive to my dental fears. I drive almost an hour, each way, to get to this office and actually look forward to my visits.
I no longer fear going to the dentist and am already looking forward to my next appointment. I never thought those words would come out of my mouth-I like going to the dentist these days. Thanks for alleviating my fears and helping me find better health.
