As a teenager and young adult, Kate had problematic skin and was always buying new products and trying new things in an effort to help create a balanced complexion and ward off pesky breakouts. I really liked Kate and her approach to explaining the lash lift/tint process. The initial results (reflected in my before/after pics) were pretty cool. However, the results from the service, especially a couple days after through now (3 weeks later), I absolutely hate. Even after following the aftercare instruction, my lashes look shriveled up and almost as though they were singed. I also think some of the lift solution got on my lower lashes because they are also kinked. Again, I liked Kate as a professional, but this service is not for me.

I've been getting my eyebrows done by Kate since March. She is wonderful! She pays attention to detail which is an ideal quality for someone who is doing your eyebrows. Kate is professional and extremely accommodating as well. I recently tried the eyelash perm and tint and the results were amazing. I would definitely recommend Kate!

Waxing for me is one of those maintenance things I am required to do, but I don't really enjoy it. My guess is I am not alone in this. I stumbled upon Kate Marie's location with a yelp search. It was walking distance from my house and she had some decent enough reviews. By the way if you do drive here it's not often difficult to find a parking spot, but consider parking on a side street after 4 pm (and I think till 6 pm)when parking is prohibited on Belmont.
As a new client she gives you a discount, but I think even without her pricing is good. What really keeps me going

Kate is the best! I have been going to her for over a year for regular facials, waxing, and eyelash/eyebrow tinting. She is so easy to work with, makes her clients feel very comfortable, and she is very skilled. She is not pushy with her products , but I have to say her Emminence products are fantastic and have totally transformed by skin. She does a great job with waxing and tinting, and her facials are my favorite! Just recently I tried her newest service, lash lifting, and I am totally sold! Usually I don't leave the house without mascara on, and for the last two weeks I have probably left

Kate is the best. She's friendly, professional, and most important of all, she does a fantastic job. She does all my waxing and oh my god her facials are unbelievable.
She uses superior products and knows how to deal with ingrown hairs, sensitive skin, etc. I have been going to her regularly since she opened up her business, and I have no plans of finding anyone else! Cannot beat the prices, either!
