Extremely friendly, professional, fashion knowledgeable with brands that are not only known in USA but extremely famous in Europe. They lost the items I brought in for them to sell. Dealing with different people on different phone calls was not advantageous. What I was told by one manager as a settlement for the issue is not what the owners settled on, and they laughed at me out loud when I told them what the manager told me was the settlement. Another employee told me how to behave in the store. I was at a level of frustration that was unbelievable when I had to explain the situation for the 4th time to the owner, and she would not let me complete a sentence without interrupting me.
