I met Dr. Jacobs for the first time yesterday, a referral from my primary care dentist. The moment I stepped into the office, I was greeted by friendly staff. Every staff in the office were courteous and pleasant to speak with. Dr Jacobs was exceptional and caring, he answered pretty much all of my questions, and explained thoroughly what was going on with my teeth and laid out the next steps i should be taking to improve my oral health. Dr. Jacobs is outstanding in so many ways. Invariably, he is very personable, manages to make any stressful situation - tooth extraction, gum grafting etc. - comfortable. He clearly knows what he’s doing, I always had excellent results and I trust him completely. In addition to his obvious expertise and talent, he also has a great sense of humor which I always appreciate. I go to him for years now, and I get an high level treatment every time. He is very attentive, very good at giving injections (you almost don’t feel them), explains every move before he makes it. All around a wonderful guy
