Drop-N-Play is a facility designed for the purpose of providing a fun, safe and nurturing after school childcare and summer camp environment specifically to meet the needs of children from ages 4 to 12. Weekly tuition is due regardless of the number of days your child attends. Drop-N-Play does not pro-rate for holidays, teacher workdays, or inclement weather school closings.
When schools are closed for teacher work days, inclement weather and holidays not listed blow, Drop-N-Play has you covered. All Drop-N-Play personsel is CPR/First Aid Certified and have passed criminal background checks and drug screening.

Services
Drop-N-Play offers a structured balance of academic, social and recreational after school activities for children in kindergarten through eighth grades. Drop-N-Play provides transportation services from various local Guilford County Elementary and Middle schools to our Golden Gate and School House locations.
Drop N Play is always looking for volunteers in our summer camp and after school programs. Drop N Play volunteers mentor school age children during summer, and volunteer hours go toward your service learning program at school. If you would like to be a mentor to our kids and a great role model fill out the application below.

My daughter caught covid 19 at this location and I paid a whole week in advance and I asked them for a refund since she wasn’t there the last 2 weeks of camp and no response which I’m not surprised at all. This camp was the WORST ! They got too comfortable and stopped taking temperatures. Stopped wearing masks and stop sanitizing. PARENTS DONT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE ! this place is trash absolute trash and the staff are too. They literally hid the fact that it was a outbreak here and kept the camp open so more and more kids can be exposed just so they can get 135$ a week per child. Also just recently

I am so thankful for Drop N Play. We tried another after school care, but realized we needed to find something else immediately. I asked around and thankfully was told about Drop N Play.
They do homework FIRST. So it was done before she got home. There are activities for all the kids. Ms. Michelle is exactly the kind of person I wanted in my daughter's life: caring yet firm and very structured. She also hires the best people! My daughter has attended Drop N Play at the Georgia Street location for years now. She is picked up from school and attends after school care as well as summer camp. I know that my daughter’s safety and welfare are top priority to the owner, Michelle and her staff. Drop N Play provides a stable safe environment where ideals such as respect for oneself and others as well as responsibility are enforced in a caring way.
And on top of these qualities that I hold dear and clearly so does DNP, Michelle has somehow managed not to raise her prices when every business around her has chosen to do so.
