I was quite nervous about going on Medicare. It was mind boggling what you had to choose from and I knew I had to get my choices right. My husband was recommended to give me Gene's info and give him a call. I waited awhile and tried to find Medicare choices myself but it was not working and I was very apprehensive. I finally called Gene and realized I should have done that from day one. Gene presented it all to me quite simply and guided me to choices that were closer to what I needed. If I had a question he was on it almost immediately and might I add with great patience as I was confused in many

It is times like this where I wish I could leave zero stars for a business. This company is unethical and I would not recommend them to anyone. They cost my family more than $12,000 by authorizing a renewal without our consent. Gene is impossible to get a hold of, I called him and emailed regarding this matter for two months and he never returned my requests. After reaching out to him repeatedly, I finally got a hold of him and he simply said " oh sorry I guess I should have communicated better" What? I am sure he enjoyed a commission off the more than 30k I now pay in insurance a year. Total rip
