I dropped my car off for the oil change with car wash. I come back to seeing my car as dirty as it was when I dropped it off. I mentioned it to one of the employees, who then brought out their manager. The manager of the car wash AND Harut from the Detail Center had attitude the second we started talking. I pointed out that I could clean the visible dirt spots with my FINGER. They did not clean the hood, top, and rear of the car. Is it bad that the tire dressing was the cleanest detail of their service? Lol. He still refused to clean it until I complained enough... This is the worst service I've

I purchased package #3 yesterday and honestly could have done a better job myself. They must have only vacuumed the front of my car because there was still sand in the back of my car. My tires don't look like they got dressed at all. The exterior of the car was still spotty and looked like it had just been rinsed off despite purchasing a spray polish wax, rainbow wax, and clear coat. To top it all off, they told me it would take about 30 minutes when it actually took an hour. Not worth $24. I won't be returning.

Use at your own risk, if they damage your car they will take no responsibility. I dropped off my car for a wash and when I returned 30 minutes later to pick it up there was an unmissable deep scratch in my driver's side back door. A manager, Vic, showed me the videos of my car entering the wash with zero damage but refused to take responsibility for the gash. He tried blaming my wife (who doesn't drive my car) and accused me of insurance fraud after I pointed to the video showing my car entering with zero damage, saying "I see what you're trying to do". He then claimed *mid way* through the wash

Took my car in only to get it back while it was completely wet.
They had to put covers on the seats it was so bad, and they said I had to leave my windows down for a day. I did what I was told and the next day my car was still wet. The day after it started smelling like mold so I had to take it back.
This time they had at least completely dried it, letting me know they ARE capable of actually drying the car properly.
Although dry it still smelled like mold and there's was some stains on the interior, and I was trying to explain to the workers but they did not care the slightest bit.

Good at washing and quick wax. Not so good at detailing? Took my Tundra and 17 foot travel trailer. Ask the coordinator to talk to their guys about redoing a few areas and was ask to talk to the workers myself? So I did! Workers were cool. I just told them the size of their gratuity would reflect their work. Not my job?
