My experience with this store was poor to say the least. I was short a vehicle at the beginning of summer. I called around to shops close to me and most were booked a month out . I was happy SRS could get me in quickly. I dropped my bike off June 11th, I called the following week and was told the parts were in and they would get it on the list to get things going... After FOUR weeks and several phone calls to see what was going on, they finally started work on JULY 14th . They called me to tell me it needed more work and another week and a half to get those parts... I even called and tried to

I dropped my new (to me) Goldwing off for service this week. The guys in the service department are really nice. They went above and beyond what was required. It took a little longer than I liked, but that was okay. The only reason I didn't give five stars was because of the high labor rate. That's probably everywhere, though.

No if my motorcycle broke down in front of this dealership because of their service department I would have AAA tow it to Honda dealership in Clemens

Absolutely awful experience with service, sales and finance!!! Complete bait and switch on sales price, interested rate and warranty! I was told one thing during the approval and quote process, which included warranty. Then when it came time to get the deal done, they added the warranty on top of the already agreed upon price and the monthly payment close to doubled. On top of that, I have taken my 4 wheeler there for years, and everytime, they tell me the same thing, charge me an arm and leg, go fix it and then the same exact problem occurs again. Absolutely the biggest bunch of crooks and idiots in Greensboro- we took our scooter there 3 times over past 6 weeks - spent almost 700.00 on parts and labor and they never fixed it! Kept telling us it had "trash in the carburetor" needed 2 very expensive parts and they did stuff we didn't ask for and the damn thing still doesn't run! We told them they needed to adjust valves was told "not broke don't fix" guess what took it to another mechanic and WOW valves needed adjusting - did not need anything else and it runs fine now!

Best advice DO NOT DARE GO THERE

Good people and a fair deal seems to be the theme here. I can tell they want the business and will work for it. Every time I go there they recognize me. Thank you!

With 2 purchases and 2 trade-ins over the last few years, the service I get from Management, Sales, Service and Parts is exemplary. Each function listed above has handled my business in a professional manner. Not to mention the whole staff at SRS MOTORSPORTS are customer-first oriented.
Ex: I got a call from customer service saying my part was in for a Polaris repair. (yes, I broke something) I asked about repair timing. This was Tue. I was told maybe.....they could get to it by Thu.
Oh. And it would be about $90 for the labor to replace the part.

Love this place! Way better than Kevin Powell. Just give them a call and you'll see what I'm talking about. I saved a voicemail from there to show people how polite and useful they are. They know what they're doing and love doing it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
