Abigail has been an absolute wonder to work with! We've had home, life and auto insurances with State Farm for decades. Recently, Abigail helped our son transition his insurance to Nashville, TN when he moved. She found a State Farm agent there, sent information and set up a new account for our son. Due to a minor accident last year, our previous insurer raised our rates by a ridiculous 300%! Hence, we needed to undertake the arduous task of shopping new insurance. This State Farm office is right down the street from us so we gave them a call and were incredibly surprised (and relieved!) at how reasonable their rates were for identical coverage. Needless to say, we did a switcheroo right then and there. It was such a pleasure dealing with Marlen - super knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. Great group of girls! They know what you need and are very informative when explaining different types of coverages. They always make sure you are covered!
