This place is HORRIBLE they messed my policies up said it was fixed then said it wasn't and played that for 2 months until they decided to cancel my policy and did not get a call from Dan until the day of shows how much they care for they're customers do not do any type of business with this scumbag

Danny did a great job assisting me and answering all my questions even at 10:30 pm ! Very patient with me and a great person to talk to. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs a insurance quote. I've gotten about 4 other quotes and he's the only person that went out of his way to make sure I understand everything and I was comfortable with the quote.

I have been with these people for a very long time and I have only myself to blame as to why...
if they're so terrible, I should have taken my business elsewhere Long ago but I'm a procrastinator!! Anyway. I have only spoken to Dan himself only once in over 8 years. His team is irresponsible, they never take ownership of their mistakes or even try to find out what happened, why you're unhappy, who dropped the ball, or how they can help you understand something better!! I have probably had 1 good conversation in the last 8 years of being a customer. I love state farm, but I wonder

I spoke to Fabian first over the phone and he was knowledgeable and patient explaining details and the reasoning behind it. He never pushed any other product but at least informed me they had those services. Ive been with state farm for at least half of my life but with differnet agencies. They we're definitely cheaper than Progressive Insurance Geico insurance and many others with better coverage. Thankful for the

I went in this location to cancel my auto coverage. I was told that everything was all set. Later next month I got over $500 charged from state farm. They charged me because I had signed up for autopay and autopay was still on file. I got frustrated because I was covered by progressive and not statefarm anymore. At time with cancellation with statefarm they failed to cancel my autopay or warn me of this situation. I called statefarm and was told that they had to "fight" for my money back. I only recieved about $90 back from the $500 that was withdrawn from my account. This location did not attend

I have my homeowners with Dan De La Cruz's office and found them to be extremely attentive and very prompt to respond to all of my needs throughout my closing and ultimately the servicing of the policy. Whereas other agents in the past who i've had would require a follow up, and maybe another nudge, in order to get anything done. Not the case with Dan's team. A+ highly recommend.

Thee WORST agency I have ever worked with. Nobody here knows what they're doing, they blame each other for "losing documents", then blame "the intern", then blame another person for "dropping the ball". All I wanted to do was bundle my two cars and home insurance and they couldn't even do that correctly. I was already with State Farm at the Park Rodge location, which i should have NEVER LEFT, but this Villa Park location was suggested by my financial advisor. WORST MISTAKE EVER transferring to Dan Dela Cruz's office. Been working with them since July

I've worked with Dan and his team since I bought my first condo in 2014. I have had such a great experience with them from the start. Dan and his team are very responisve and never try to upsell you. They wil ensure that you are appropriatly insured and covered for the day that disaster strikes. He has also alerted me to many benefits that I didn't know I had including road side assistance and lock out protection which I was able to submit a claim on my insurance after paying out of pocket for lock out service when my wife locked the keys in her car.
