I love living at spruce ridge apartments. I have a wonderful view and a large balcony. The staff are amazing and go above and behind. They are quick to respond! Minutes from I65 which is very convenient. I went to the pool everyday this summer and it is kept very clean. Garbage is picked up every night at my door! Wonderful place to live

The staff is very nice and attentive! The apartments are well taken care of too, and they’re close to the interstate which is a major plus.

It’s been almost an year now I have been living here at Spruce Ridge with my family. No second thought in saying that this is hands down the best apartment in Columbus. Well maintained, hassle free & timely maintenance and an amazing management team, ever ready and available to help and resolve issues.
Thanks a ton Sarah (you have been really patient and always an amazing person to talk to) and Christa for making our stay so wonderful !

Love it!!!
Management is very helpful. Compound is always neat and tidy.
Some reviewers mentioned their concern about trash...Good news!!! We just got 13gallon trash cans. All we have to do is place it outside an aparment and they will pick it up!! :)

2mins to get the I-65 but supper quiet. Management is professional and satisfy resident's needs as much as possible. Maintenance usually within 24 hour of request. Strongly recommend to new arrivals at Columbus
