Michael and Anna are very helpful when things go wrong or we have questions. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood. My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little over a year, and are planning to move out, but nothing because of the apartment complex. Of course with most areas and neighborhoods, you have the people that are rude, but for the most part it is a good place to live in my opinion. We had an instance where our water heater was leaking, they immediately had the maintenance guys out at the apartment cleaning it up and trying to figure it out. My boyfriend and I moved here in the summer. We have been nothing but happy with the management since we got here. Leasing was easy. The husband and wife team that run the office and kind, efficient and really helpful. They genuinely give a crap about the people who live there, and that really means a lot to us. The maintenance staff is also awesome too, they are also really helpful and always fast to fix things is there is an issue. The neighbors are nice and quiet, no thin walls here or hooligans partying all hours of the day an night, (They do background checks and care about who they let in

I was reluctant to lease the apartment seeing the previous review but they had a very good lease breakage deal so moved into there. Michael and Anna were really helpful from day one. Their responses were fast and commendable.
The buildings are a little old but with the low rent and the service it was really worth. I had to move from Columbus before the lease period and they gave an excellent support and a smooth exit.
