So, we make everything in-house by hand. Our crusts, fillings, whipped cream cheese frosting, garnishes, and more all get our special attention. We bake every day to ensure our Guests have a fresh, delicious experience. The Clarks always dreamed of opening their own bakery. Leah spent several years managing bakery franchises and realized the joy in serving Guests, Staff, and the Community.

Services
We offer select pie flavors during the week of Thanksgiving. We fill an Oreo crust with a delicious chocolate filling and then top it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. About as American as it gets. We cook down apples with a cinnamon sugar mixture and then top it with a brown sugar crumble.

Bought an apple pie on Christmas Eve…fail. It looked too light to be cooked and that’s exactly what we found when we went to eat it. Undercooked pie crust and hard apples. First and last pie I’ll buy from them. You are supposed to be known for pies…not in a good way. I could have spent half the money on one from Market Street and it would have been better.

Tried the apple pie. I’m a native Michigander and so apple pie is in my dna. The pie crust is different and tastes like short bread which I find to be a nice change. The crumble is heavy and thick. It was too sweet for me so I tried to pull it off. The pie is light on apples which was a huge disappointment. I’ll keep searching….

I was looking forward to tasting some nice tart apples when we cut into the pie. Their firm texture seemed promising. But the obscene amount of sugar in the crumb topping completely overwhelmed any other flavor! On my next try, I scraped off the topping and it tasted a little better, but the pie's filling is also just too sweet, imo.
