Patients can request access to our Secure Patient Portal by providing a valid e-mail address upon registering for your next appointment. The Patient Portal provides a platform where we can quickly publish medical information for review online.

Horrible, Absolutely THE WORST doctor experience I have ever had. Unbelievably rude, extremely unprofessional, and most definitely will never come back here. I should have known better than to expect anything good to come from a doctor who has his office next to a corner store. Awful experience, dont waste your time here.
